TRANSPORTATION
Request for Proposals: Transportation Services
The school currently operates its own vans to transport some students; however, our needs exceed our capacity and necessitates a vendor to fill the gap. We are located in the Frogtown neighborhood of St. Paul and serve students from both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Transportation services are funded through multiple sources, including General Education, Special Education, and McKinney-Vento (Homeless Education). Therefore, the selected vendor must demonstrate a strong track record of accurate documentation and compliance with multiple funding requirements.
Our transportation partner must also maintain clear, timely communication with school staff and demonstrate flexibility in working with a highly mobile student population. Transportation needs fluctuate throughout the school year based on student enrollment and needs. Safety and reliability are priorities. All vans should have cameras for added security.
