We are writing poems in US History class.  In our 1920s unit, students have been learning about the Great Migration and the Harlem Renaissance.  To show what they have learned, students created acrostic poems on the Harlem Renaissance and read a couple Langston Hughes poems in class. Career Pathways works with our high school students to help them answer, “What do you want to do when you grow up?”  One way some students can get a head start on this question is through the PSEO Program. Students who meet PSEO eligibility can take college classes that paid for through our school. There

In Ms. Thu’s advisory, the group created a Vision Board Project 2021. They created the photo collage above to visualize what they want to achieve in 2021. Ms. Thu reported that, “making it and having it with them will motivate and remind them to push harder. It was fun and nice.” Career Pathways is advisory
