Our pictured high school students, Suhur, Chucky and Mohamed are in the Tree Trust paid pre-apprentice program for construction. They get an additional stipend for having good school attendance and keeping up with their homework. Even though the school was in distance learning, the Tree Trust students still went to Tree Trust. This week’s training included First Aid and CPR certification.
Shout out to Chucky (center) who was “Crew Member of the Week!” She earned the recognition by not just pushing herself through a hard week but also being a motivational force on her crew.
